Our knit and crochet pieces are handmade, and our philosophy - with environmental awareness - is to work made to order.
So, if you’ve placed an order that includes a MADE TO ORDER item, please keep in mind that:

• We usually have them ready for shipment within one to two weeks (except during peak periods).

• Color variations are part of the natural beauty and uniqueness of each piece.

• If a certain wool, color, or fabric is out of stock, we’ll contact you to offer suitable alternatives.

P.S. By choosing made-to-order, you’re actively contributing to the fight against climate change - we don’t create surplus stock that ends up in landfills.
