Shipping policy

SHIPPING

All Pasita orders are shipped from Madrid, Spain.

We know you want your order asap, so we’ll make our best. Orders have a delivery time of 4 to 7 days (excludes “made to order” items - see below).

Also you should consider that if your location is out of European Union custom taxes or duties are not included and must be paid by the recipient of the product.

MADE TO ORDER 

If you have placed an order that includes a made to order item, as it is handmade, it may take up to a week (or two weeks) for it to be made. Once we have done it, we will ship it.

This also means that color may vary as an inherent part of the beauty of each piece.
